Hello, friends!

It’s finally here—the very last update to this story arc! I know you’ve been just as eager to read it as I have been to deliver it. So, without further ado, enjoy Varulv’s final chapter… for now!

After a whirlwind year of putting everything together, it feels more like a sweet farewell than a bitter one. While I’m excited about what’s next for this series, I’m also looking forward to the collected edition finally coming to life. Speaking of which, I’ve already sent some test files off to our printer, so I’ll be back soon with updates on those, as soon as I am able.

This summer, I’m also planning to hit more comic conventions and I hope to see you all there! Along with the books, I’ll be bringing some exciting new merch too.

I can’t express how grateful I am to have had you along for this wild ride as I reimagined and rebooted Varulv. Your support means the world to me. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this series!

March 8, 2025: Contract Over!

Time to get back to work…

Hey everyone!

I am thrilled to announce that my extended contract from last winter has now ended, and I can get back to work on the finishing touches of Varulv’s first volume. This turn of events also coincides with the lucky happenstance of finding and locking in a new printer!

Also, my skeleton-of-a-script for issues 5 and 6 are coming along as well. More on those later, but there WILL be new stories coming before the end of the year!

Things will be picking up in the days to come, and without having to put in 80 hour weeks, I do plan on finally being as active as I was in 2024. I hope you check back in at least once a month!

January 26, 2025: Book 4, Chapter 7

So, if you’re not following me on Patreon or Bluesky, I suppose some explanation for my absence is in order. Long story short, I got extremely busy during the last weeks of 2024 and into the first weeks of 2025, so I had to put my art desk on ice for a bit. Long story long — I picked up two new contracts for work and my father went through a surgery which necessitated he take up residence at our house at the start of the new year.

Things are finally settling in now, and while I couldn’t bring you a big 6-page update finale as promised, I reasoned that a 3-page update was better than none at all. I’m shooting to have the last pages done in the next two weeks, and look forward to giving you all more information on the collected edition print, thereafter!

So! Enjoy the latest pages and I hope to see you guys in a fortnight!

A Look Ahead!

Hey all!

Hope you’re having a lovely start to winter. I wanted to check-in and let you all know what’s been going on in my world and give a little insight about the final update to this story arc!

As it turns out, I’ve been a very popular lady when it comes to work at the end of the year. Lots of new contracts have rolled in for me, and I’ve been busy trying to get some things done before the month is out and business starts anew in January.

That said, I’m nearly done with the last six pages, but they’ve had to remain untouched on my artdesk since the last update I made here. Rest assured I’m still going to put my best effort into getting things completed before the end of December, but my time is not my own yet, and I cannot commit to a date. That said, I’ve decided to update the final six pages, together, in one big hurrah to end the fourth issue and our first volume.

Looking forward to bringing it to you soon, friends! Until next week!

Hey folks!

A heavy dose of magical mayhem awaits in this week’s Varulv update! It looks like our gang might pull through, yet, as the magical talismans of the Gods find a new vessel to possess… or does our intrepid pack of were-heroes now have a bigger problem to deal with?

That said, I’ll be taking a brief hiatus through Thanksgiving to get everything ready for a 6-page update to conclude this story arc before Christmas! Why not go out with a bang, eh?

With that underway, I’m so very excited to announce our IndieGoGo campaign to fund the first Volume of Varulv is now live! Check it out right over here!

As of this writing, we’re up to 11% funded, and could use your help to make this book a reality! I’m sure we can hit our goal if everyone reading this can support us at even the lowest levels, or share the campaign! Don’t forget! Our IndieGoGo campaign starts November 1st and you can get signed up to be reminded when it goes live, right now!

We’re going fully live and accepting pledges on November 1st, 2024. This will be my final crowdfunding endeavor of the year, and also my biggest. That said, I haven’t made the goal so big it’s unattainable. We only have to raise $2,000 to get these books printed at their minimum quantity, and at $20 per book, that means I only need 100 folks at that level to sign-on! Cool!

Even if you can’t contribute, I hope you share our campaign! As you all probably know, I have been doing Varulv and freelancing as my full-time job since February. I hope to keep doing so in the next year, and your support has made it all possible thus far. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
